Amazing. Surprising. Unbelievable. That’s what happened when I looked around.

Who would have guessed? No one told me. Well I’m telling you now. Just take a few moments, seconds really to notice. Some call it a “rampage of appreciation.” So I just look around and notice a color I like, a shape, a smell. It could be anything.

The other day I told someone how much I appreciated her. The room lit up. Didn’t take much. Didn’t cost anything. Just a moment to notice. Appreciation is gratitude expressed. Doesn’t take much. Doesn’t cost anything. Just changes a life. That’s all!
